Terms of Service

Welcome to now kleen! These are our terms of service. They're here to lay out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We like to keep things clear and simple, so let's get to it.

1. Our Services

now kleen! provides top-tier commercial cleaning services, including our nk! ProWork, nk! Advance, nk! Custom, and nk! SOS packages. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. We, in turn, agree to deliver a ridiculously efficient and reliable cleaning service as described in your service agreement or quote.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

We get that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• If we are unable to access the property upon arrival (e.g., locked out), a lockout fee equivalent to 75% of the service cost may be charged to cover our team's time and travel.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are provided via a formal quote and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return to re-clean the specific areas you're unhappy with, free of charge. This guarantee is our commitment to "Flawlessly Executed" service.

5. Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, we ask for a few things from you:

• Access: Please ensure our team has safe and timely access to the areas to be cleaned.
• Safe Environment: Let us know of any potential hazards, including aggressive pets or specific security protocols.
• Clutter: While we tidy up, our service does not include organizing excessive clutter. Please ensure work areas are reasonably accessible.

6. Liability and Insurance

now kleen! is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, we will work with you to make it right through our insurance provider. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service charge for the day the incident occurred. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The "Last Revised" date at the top will always be current.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the province of Manitoba, Canada.
